Attention young athletes: Ignite your potential in our 10-week CrossFit Program at CrossFit Spring Hill! Join us for fun-filled sessions led by experienced coaches. Build strength & confidence in a safe, supportive environment. Sign up below! Space is limited and usually fills up.

CrossFit KIDS (age 6-9)

Mondays 6:30-7:15pm | March 16 - May 18

CrossFit Youth: ADVANCED TRACK* (age 12+)

Thursdays 6:30pm &/or Saturdays 9:30am | March 19 - May 23
